Manzhouli Irito Logistics Limited (hereinafter referred to as IRITO) was established by the Russian IRITO Group in Manzhouli on December 21, 2007 and was fully acquired by Jindu International Investment Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia (hereinafter referred to as Jindu) on April 5, 2014.
